GLB CREATIVE PITCH
This is a collection of marketing concepts for the Mercedes-Benz GLB that I worked on with a small creative team. Our pitch won 4 years of social AOR.
The Ask
To increase consideration for Mercedes amongst Millennials, specifically through the launch of the new 7-seater GLB SUV.
Concept 1
Redefine the Family Ride
As a 3-row SUV, the GLB is designed for families. In this concept, we challenge the concept of what a modern day family can look like, spanning from dog moms to a gaggle of drag queens.
Concept 2
Tapping into the ‘burbs
The GLB is a vehicle designed for the suburb. We aim to show how exciting modern suburban living can be with the GLB with social content featuring unexpected urban-turned-suburban trailblazers, like Jon Stewart. We show how the GLB can fit into any suburban lifestyle by partnering with Design Within Reach, and featuring a GLB showroom. For those who still yearn for the city, we bring a piece of it home with the Mercedes Urban Escape Lodge, a pop up in suburbia.
